Easy Pace Tour; Kronborg & Frederiksborg

The Easy-tour focuses on travelers who want more time at the location, are slow walkers, or use simple walking aids.

We visit Kronborg Castle (Hamlets Palace) and the amazing Frederiksborg Palace.

• You will be on a guided tour of the real Hamlet Castle. (Kronborg)
• You have the opportunity to, on your own hand see the magnificent Renaissance place of Frederiksborg built in the 1700s century by one of the most famous kings of at that time,
• The tour focuses on travelers who want to spend more time at the locations and those who are slow walkers but still can climb stairs and walk on cobblestones and other uneven surfaces.

Take a day tour out of Copenhagen to spend time at historical interesting sites.

• Our guide will take you through the history of the location visited in both fact and not without some humor and fun facts.
• The tour guide will take you to visit the real Castle of Shakespeare’s Hamlet.
• We spend around 2 hours at Kronborg giving you time to explore yourself and making time for the slow walker to keep up during the guided tour.
• At Kronborg, you will be introduced to Danish history concerning the Castle from the Kalmar Union at the end of the dual Monarchy of Denmark-Norway, which ended back in the mid of 1900 century.
• On the way from Kronborg, the tour will take you through the beautiful North Zealand landscape with forests and small villages.
• Arriving in the town of Hillerød. Here you will on your own hand, experience the incredible renaissance Frederiksborg Palace.
• In the town of Hillerød, you can also have your lunch. You will have around 3 hours in Hillerod from the bus arrives till departure.
• Lunch is not included. But we can assist you to find
  lunch at a nice local café with both Danish and international lunch
  classics. Or if you prefer, a stroll of the local walking street
  might provide other lunch options.

Other worth to know information regarding the tour:

• Infotainment!, that’s what we call it. Not so many facts that you lose yourself in years, Kings, and wars. And neither so much humor and fun that it becomes a comedy. But a gentle mix of facts presented in an easy-going way and a twinkle in the eyes, by our excellent driver and guide.
• Your driver will be English speaking and also guide you at both Kronborg Castle and the cathedral of Roskilde.
• You will not miss out on your daily tour of the fitness center. No need for cardio exercise on this day. 6000 steps are reached before the end of the day, and you will have to walk up spiral staircases in medieval Castles crossed cobble-covered streets, and walkways to get to the site
• And with a lot of fresh air and a taste of the Danish weather. So for clothing, do as the Danes say; “There is no bad weather, just the wrong clothing!”
