Day-Tour for travelers unable to join the full-day tour due to the departure time for their Cruise Ship in the afternoon,

See Kronborg Castle (Hamlets Palace) and Frederiksborg Palace and be returned to your ship.

Go on an interesting tour of Danish and Scandinavian history from a Danish perspective. Packed with insight into Danish history and culture.

• You will be on a guided tour of the real Hamlet Castle. (Kronborg)
• You have the opportunity to, on your hand see the magnificent renaissance place of Frederiksborg built in the 1700s century by one of the most famous kings at that time, the monarch of the dual monarchy of Denmark-Norway.
• Lunch is not included. But we can help you find lunch at a nice local café with both Danish and international lunch classics. Or if you prefer, a stroll of the local walking street might provide other lunch options.
• There will be arranged pickup from Hillerod (1500 CET/3 PM) by car or van, which will take the traveler back to the Cruise Ship Terminal in Copenhagen, arriving no later than 1700/5 PM.

This Day-tour out of Copenhagen will be spent at interesting historical sites.

• Our English-speaking guide will take you through the history of the location visited in both fact and not without some humor and fun facts.
• There is a 1-hour guided tour at the real Castle of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, the Kronborg Castle.
• At Kronborg Castle, you will be introduced to Danish history from the Castle the Kalmar Union to the end of the dual Monarchy of Denmark-Norway, back before the mid-1900 century.
• On the bus tour from Kronborg, we will drive through the beautiful North Zealand landscape with forests and small villages.
• Arriving in the town of Hillerod, you will on, your own, experience the incredible Renaissance Frederiksborg Palace.
• In the town of Hillerod, you can also have your lunch. (you will have around 2-3 hours in Hillerod from the bus arrives till the pick for the return to your ship.

• Infotainment!, that’s what we call it. Not so many facts that you lose yourself in years, Kings, and wars. And neither so humor and fun that it becomes a comedy. But a gentle mix of facts presented in an easy-going way and a twinkle in the eyes, by our excellent driver and guide.
• You will not miss out on your daily tour of the fitness center. No need for cardio exercise on this day. Be prepared for walking.
• And with a lot of fresh air and a taste of the Danish weather. So for clothing, do as the Danes say; “There is no bad weather, just the wrong clothing!”
