- Pickup by your ship a little before the bus departure.
- Drop-off at your cruise ship, while you are on the tour, same prices. BTU CHECK with you cruise agent /ship if that is possible.
- Delivered or pickup at any hotel on Ophelia Tours hotel list in Copenhagen City.
- PLEASE note this is ONLY a luggage service fee and does not include the tour.

Luggage size and weight:
- The offer is for 2 airline-size suitcases and 1 carry-on hand luggage per person.
- Airline style: 90 x 75 x 43cm / 23kg – 35inch x 29 x 16inch / 50pund.

As a customer, you must remember to inform your hotel that the luggage will be arriving in the morning before 1200 without you.
